In this blog will be discussing my top 5 recommended Graphic design software programs for anyone interested in learning graphic design, who in enthusiastic about different industry standard software or who just want to shop around for the most affordable software that fits their budget and does not break the bank for them.

Adobe Creative Cloud The first software program on our list which will be broken down into 3 sub categories because Adobe creative cloud its self is a platform in which users can subscribe to in order to download a wide variety of graphic design, web design, video production as well as mobile app design software programs. However for the sake of this blog let’s stay on topic and only focus on the Graphic design software. Adobe Illustrator vector based graphic design software that commonly used for illustration design throughout the graphic design industry and one of my personal favorite go to software that I recommend because Adobe illustrator offers the flexibility to work with anchor point, shapes, curves and much more. Adobe Photoshop is a Raster based (tiny squares called pixels that create the shapes of images) is another graphic design software available within the Adobe creative cloud platform that can be downloaded and used for graphic design project, which involve working with images, layers, and special effects. Photoshop can also be used for creating animation, digital painting and is available for computers, smart phones and tablets. Corel Draw The third graphic design software recommended on this list. I learned about Corel Draw from my book illustration professor during my time in college studying to get my Bachelor’s degree. Once I started learning how to use Corel draw and developed proficiency for the way the software works, I decided to add Corel Draw to my list of recommended Graphic Design software. I recommend downloading Corel Draw because there are some Graphic design companies who use Corel Draw for digital illustration projects poser design, flyer design and because Corel Draw has many different platform software programs for creating digital and print media project. In my honest opinion I think it is really cool how Corel Draw works similarly to Adobe software from the way the interface looks to the different variety of tools you can use to help you create awesome works of art. Affinity
Is another graphic design software that I recommend for anyone interested in a career in graphic design or if your are aspiring to become a creative entrepreneur.
Honestly I have not had the chance to fully explore this particular graphic design software, but I did do research on it and I have to say I am really impressed with how professional the software looks and the versatility of how creatively advanced the software functions. In other words from what I research about this software the possibilities for how creative users can be when they use Affinity is infinite.

Ink Scape
Last but not least on my list of recommended graphic design software is Ink Scape. I learned about Ink Scape from another fellow graphic designer I met at a networking event. Ink Scape is a vector graphic design software that can be downloaded for free for both Mac (Apple computers), Windows and Linux computer operating systems.
Once I started using Ink scape for the first time it took awhile to get the hang of navigating the software interface and using selecting the different tools using like when I use Illustrator but essentially Ink scape is a software I put on this list because it can be used for designing logos, digital art for both web and print projects.
